A Minor Spectacle

I am less interested in documenting a performance than in what happens between its planned moments.

When an actor briefly falls out of their rhythm, a rehearsed movement can become something real. These small pauses and changes are what interest me most — moments when a person stops simply following the script and begins to exist within the frame.
